History and Biography
History
In 2022, I was told by some of my friends that I had a relaxing voice, and that, jokingly, I should try ASMR! They werent serious. I took the joke seriously, made one ASMR video in October 2022. I decided to make it in VRChat because II wanted to make have proper visuals without needing a camera, and didnt want people online seeing what I looked like. Either way, I also rebranded my Youtube channel into a proper ASMR channel! My friend found it hilarious, and so did I! Until.. people started actually enjoying what I made. My channel started growing, and I realized that not only did I find it fun and enjoyable to make, I helped people in small ways. Comments that people would leave thanking me for my video, giving small insights into their struggles and how I helped relax and distract them from it, even for just a little bit, gave my soul a spark of joy. So I continued making more videos! And my channel grew and grew, and I slowly grew a small fanbase, and met so many amazing people and friends. At that point, I realized that this is something I actually wanted to turn into a serious hobby of mine, so a few hiccups and a hiatus or two.. here I am! Im now a VRChat ASMR content creator who has a really sweet community and lots of support.
Life Before
I was mostly going through school, living the normal life. Not too much else to say! Although, I could have never predicted where I am now, thats for sure
First Steps
I first discovered VRChat through silly youtube videos in 2018-19, during the Ugandan knuckles meme era. Shortly after, I then got my first VR headset, the Oculus Quest! My first steps into VR were Rec Room, and Beat Saber, the classics. I then slowly dove into VRChat for myself in early 2020, after I got the Oculus Quest 2 on its launch. I occasionally played VRChat to hang out with long distant friends.
